         Type your first name and last name then email of your PayPal account. Give your new password and confirm that password and  click to Next.

   Next page type in your personal address, city,state,zip code and phone number whether it's your home phone number or mobile phone number and then you agree e-communication agreement and privacy statement click agree and create account.

Step4:

        The next screen that you'll get after this one so then on this page it gives us the option of link a debit card or credit card or down here the option of link to the bank account. you decide to link a debit card so enter your information in terms of the debit card number and expiration date as well as the CSC now the give billing address or home address of application then you can change that in this area but as soon as you've entered in that information you can go ahead and click linked your card.

Step5:

          The next page you see green check mark here showing that it was successful in linking that card and now everything is set up ready to use for shopping and transfer money with a paypal account. click your paypal account official page and then use your Paypal account.
